Bimala Prasad Chaliha College Rover Crew and Ranger Team
The cell “Bimala Prasad Chaliha College Rover Crew and Ranger Team” has passed a glorious period of a few years since 2010. Currently, the club is supervised by two leaders, namely, Chiranjib Mili (Rover leader) and Inku Devi (Ranger leader). The club has been dedicated to developing physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual potentials as individuals, as responsible citizens, and as members of local, national, and international communities among young people through the Bharat Scouts & Guides laws. Scouting/Guiding is based upon three broad principles which represent its fundamental laws and beliefs. They are referred to as: “Duty to God”, “Duty to others” and “Duty to self”.
Bharat Scouts & Guides laws:
1. A Guide is trustworthy.
2. A Guide is loyal.
3. A Guide is a friend to all and a sister to every other Guide.
4. A Guide is courteous.
5. A Guide is a friend to animals and loves nature.
6. A Guide is disciplined and helps protect public property.
7. A Guide is courageous.
8. A Guide is thrifty.
9. A Guide is pure in thought, word, and deed
